Candela Makes it Easy to set Inventory levels, Insert logos, and More
Candela can tell you about the products for which inventory levels are not set
Since new products are being entered in the system all the time, it sometimes becomes difficult to track the products for which no inventory level is set. You can now not only see such products but can also set inventory levels for them on a single screen. Go to: Configuration>Product Re-Order Quantity
Select the Line Item; check the checkbox Items with No Inventory Level; click Generate Report; the next screen will show the products for which inventory levels are not set. Here you can also set inventory levels for each product.
With Candela You can easily insert a logo on your invoice.
Go to: Utilities>Set up and Configuration> Invoice Page Setup
Click the button ‘Browse Logo’ and select the image you want to set as your company logo. For this feature to work, you need to check a flag on the system configuration screen: Configuration> System Configuration> Invoice tab
Check ‘Show Company Logo on Invoice.’
In Candela, Before POS Closing, the system can warn you about the invoices put on hold on the Sales and Return scree.
It is a Configuration based feature that can be configured by the Admin for different shops. Go to: Shop Definition, select the shop, and from ‘Hold Invoice Restriction’ drop down select ‘warning.’ Now whenever the selected shop will try to do POS closing, the system will warn about the invoices put on hold on the Sales and Return screen.
You can also choose to select ‘Block’ or ‘None’ options for different shops from the ‘Hold Invoice Restriction’ drop down. Depending on these selections, the system will either block POS closing or do nothing if invoices exist on hold.
