Well, not really if you have Candela RMS to take care of all your retail woes. As always, the latest Candela release (12.0.3.1) is all about making the retail super secure for you, and super-fast and efficient for your customers.
As you know, non-payment till in Candela gives you flexibility to set up separate counters for product billing and payment collection. Now we have added this additional functionality whereby the users having the price editing rights on sales and return can also edit prices on Non-payment till. This will save time on payment counters.
Some of you asked for a more detailed ‘Search Customer Orders’ screen.’ The latest release of Candela gives you a detailed screen that lets search your customer orders on a number of different search fields. Plus you can configure Candela to make ‘search customer order’ your default selection screen meaning when you click search on Sales and return the customer order screen will open up.
